A metal flanged joint provides an interface between the specified fiberglass piping system and mating pipework, pumps, valves or accessories. Match both sides of the connection before selecting the assembly.
Confirm the flange interface
- Nominal size, flange standard, drilling pattern, facing and mating dimensions.
- Flange material, corrosion protection, gasket and bolting requirements.
- Design pressure, operating temperature and fluid compatibility.
- Installation arrangement, support and restraint requirements.
The catalogue lists upper values of 4,000 mm and 200 bar. These are not a guaranteed combined size-pressure rating. Request the drawing and rating for the exact flange and pipe connection offered.
Prepare the inquiry
Include the mating equipment drawing, pipe specification and the project inspection requirements. Ask for the assembly procedure and any specified bolt-tightening sequence or limits for that connection.
