IFGS manufactures GRE and FRP pipe, tanks, and fittings in Dongying, China. The plant has run oilfield and geothermal work since the 1990s.
We hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GB/T 28001, pressure piping component qualifications, and an AAA credit certificate. The site covers 30,000 m2 with 6 pipe lines and 2 tank lines. Catalog includes epoxy FRP pipe, high- and low-pressure line pipe, large storage tanks, double-wall tanks, and fittings. We have installed over 3,000 km of pipe and 35,000 m3 of tanks for more than 40 customers.

How the Dongying plant makes pipe
Production parameters (rotation speed, temperature) and product characteristics (diameter, pressure class, stiffness) are controlled on the line.
Pipe is wound on a continuously rotating steel mould. Sensors and cameras watch the process. Reinforcements pass through a catalyzed resin bath and wind onto the mandrel.
