Include the delivery destination, requested date and transport, storage or site-handling constraints. Specify the required protection of products and connections, package identification, packing list and shipping documents. Confirm the delivery scope and responsibilities as part of the quotation.
Supplier qualification documents
Request the current qualification, test and inspection documents required for the proposed product and project. Check the document holder, scope and validity against your requirements.
Where your specification requires a certificate, licence or factory assessment, identify the issuing body or approval requirement and the scope to be checked. Include the relevant document edition, manufacturing location and proposed product configuration in the review.
